Our STANDARD license allows you to use the record in a single project as described below.

On the Internet, including projects distributed for commercial purposes*, including without limitation the following options:

• non-commercial cinema - educational works/festival works;
• theater - educational works;
• Video on social networks - accounts up to 10,000 (social networks) subscribers, up to 5,000 - streaming networks.

* A commercially distributed project is defined as distribution by download or in physical form of more than 1,000 units of any one project if such a project is intended to generate revenue for you.

Our PREMIUM license allows you to use the recording in one project as described below.

A commercially distributed* project, the use of music for which is otherwise permitted under a standard license

• film/series on television and web platforms - as part of a one project;
• games;
• social media - in one video product;
• Streaming networks – in one product;
• advertising - in the territory* of one country;
• theater - as part of one theater project;
• podcasts/audiobooks - in one product;
• on hard drives - up to 30,000 copies.

*Territory means one sovereign state.
